Doubt regarding IR drop analysis

The final image generated in the report for the IR drop leaves me with some doubts.

In my design, there are memory blocks that seem to be excluded from the analysis. Is this expected behavior?
Additionally, the design includes power pins, and I would like to know if there is a way to account for them in the IR drop calculation.

I have attached the IR drop image and the design for reference.

the pad cells don't mean anything to PSM, I didn't look at your testcase , but if the terminals are not inserted by the pads, then PSM doesn't know thats were power is coming from.

Not knowing your padring script it's a little hard to tell what is correct.
You either need to place the bondpad or using place_io_terminals

you will need to ensure pad_vssio0 and others are correctly connected to their nets otherwise place_bondpad will not know what terminal to create when placing the bondpad.
