Default ORFS is exiting with Error message

I am running the complete ORFS on my Windows machine through Docker container.
I followed the instructions for flow installation as specified in the
https://openroad-flow-scripts.readthedocs.io/en/latest/contrib/GitGuide.html#../../index.md#build-or-installing-orfs-dependencies

But the default flow is exiting from detail route steps. I have filed issue at

#2548

I am suspecting that the issue might be in my setup as i am doing first time.
Can any expert look at my setup and give advice to fix the error?
