[Issue]: supportingAssetRef field must be integer error when opening xml

Issue Description

When opening an xml, a popup shows the following:

As the ISRA is proprietary, the file can be shared separately. File hash is b5be44f1e999b42e62e2652f425a0ac4decf93b4870d812777ca5bf394bf1717

Duplicate Steps

Go to File > Open File
Choose the xml
Error popup is displayed.

There is no way to open the xml.

Expected Results

XML is loaded into the tool
