[Issue]: Hide risks

Issue Description

Would be a good improvement the possibility to hide certain risks that are not quite important at some moment (Low score or other which have been already mitigated, or even discarded).
This could work the same way it does in Fortify with issues you suppress and can or not be visible in the analysis view.

Expected Results

One option to mark risks to "hide"
Not display those hidden risks on the main view.
Be able to visualize again those risk marked as "hide", so be able to remove the "hide" mark.

Not sure i understand the end goal of this request. The tool should always show all risks and not hide any.
