Textual as Linux terminal

Hello!
I want to automate some operations on Linux server, but at the same time I want to know, whats going on the background. So, I think I need are with widgets TextArea, Input, Button. TextArea will be displaying ongoing information, Input and Button is for send command, confirmation etc, when needed.
Is it possible to make it work like that?
