Look for EF backlink optimisations

We've begun using dual-backlink properties in dependent classes now, as this means we can reference the parent in code via dependent.ParentId instead of having to include in EF, and use dependent.Parent.

Look for further optimisations like this. Start with CSOAV.Attribute usages now we have CSOAV.AttributeId.
