TimeoutError: [WinError 10060]

For the last 3 days I have been getting an error - TimeoutError: [WinError 10060] An attempt to establish a connection was unsuccessful because the required response was not received from another computer in the required time, or an already established connection was broken due to an incorrect response from an already connected computer

Maybe someone has encountered this problem? Everything was working fine 3 days ago
