Resizable columns on data tables

As a developer using the data tables component, I would really like to be able to enable the ability to resize the columns, particularly when using the data table to display results in a SQL editor.

What is the expected behavior?

Handles to resize, resizes for the current session. Nice if it persists in local storage

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?

Users ask for this often in test sessions

Latest, Chrome on Mac/Windows

Not sure if that's what you are looking for, but the columns are resizable through the table header.
