Live order message: Detect when order list is too long, and use a summary instead

We have implemented chunkify which allows for breaking up long messages (almost always caused by long orders). However, since the live order message is a single message that gets edited, this wouldn't work for it. Instead, we'll just replace the order list with a summary. Perhaps some things to include in this summary would be the number of people, number of orders, and total cost
