create container with fuse=true. 403 error

Hi,
I have been using this provider to try out proxmox. I can spin up/down containers without any errors. However, I just went to set the fuse option to true and I get a 403 error.

I tried replacing the terraform user api info with root api info. However this did not work, same error.

Any Idea what the issue is?
