Server <-> Server bridge

### Description
When a message is sent in one Minecraft server, it sends that message, and which server it is from, in another.
For example:
`Hello!` is sent in the CMP
`<playername from servername> Hello!` is sent in the SMP
This seems like a big pain to do, and thus I've made an issue to do it at a later stage, or if I find out a way to send commands from server to server.
