Smoke test for v1.0.0 on all past scenarios

Since automated tests are a huge effort (either maintaining an AzDO testing project or implementing abstractions for testing), I'm not sure we'll invest in them. To avoid regressions then, we can remigrate old projects and investigate the results by hand.

• Root directory being renamed
• A branch's source folder being renamed when that source folder is not itself another branch
• Changes within branch which was created from another branch
