Lots of switching

Just trying out this tab on this GitHub repo that I've never used before. Hope Ya'll are having a wonderful day! Let's get to it!

1. Originally Project MSS started out with Discord.py, though with its recent EOS I was out searching for new libraries. I landed on Hikari because it was an independent library and not a fork. After a lot of struggling, I was able to transfer the bot over. Though shortly after transferring the bot over I got really stuck implementing new features. I struggled for some time until I sortta gave up. I decided to switch to another library and combed through a couple forks of discord.py and landed on Pycord. Because I was used to discord.py and Pycord being a fork, it made it a lot easier to understand, than a completely new library with new concepts like Hikari. So now I've switched Project MSS over and it's made it a lot easier. But, that isn't all I switched.
2. I originally used JSON files as the data storage method for MSS. This method was really hard to wrap my head around, and included a lot of setup code. Though after a recommendation from a friend I tried out MongoDB. It turned out that he was right and it was a lot easier and more efficient (and fun! unlike trudging through stack overflow to figure out json). It also seems a lot more reliable! Hopefully, these changes will allow me to fall into a rhythm and continue to work on MSS.
