Creation Rotation Error

Currently, I've been trying to use Creation Rotation, but on both v1.0.0-beta.11 and CR Nightly Build, I've gotten this error.

Then, when I put in the server URL in a webpage, it shows this.

Because the server is down, will there be a new endpoint / some Server URL that we can use?
