Would it be possible to add a webui server to profile retrieve data from OutFox rather then it being through a save folder

I wonder if it’s possible to run a webUI for profile data server like save settings for all game modes. Would a table have to be created using Python or MySQL? I would like it to track scores of songs and user settings such as noteskins and other player options and update them through a user interface. Not sure how this would work out. But I wonder if it can be done?
