SMB icons don't load up

Glide is unable to load SMB icons, even with the new implementation. Can't seem to find a fix. 
Icons are loading fine for other services using their ```InputStream``` but SMB is having some strange problem. I checked with existing code so the path going in the ````SmbFile```` instance is fine in ```CloudUtil#getThumbnailInputStreamForCloud```.
Will update this issue with logs later.
