Occasional black holes when adding sentences and logging in

When I add the add words in my own language, it is suddenly take a lot of time to load. On the other hand, I try to log out to solve it and it is showing the request of login is black holes. I would not quite sure that if my account is being blacklisted or not. Could someone please fix it as soon as possible? Thanks.

I encounter the same issue when I tried to register. I use macbook which is 11 years old with old macOs on it (Big Sur), and I use chrome. I tried to change the interface from zh to en, both registration process lead to Black hole page after I try to send my configuration of account and password (ref to two screeshot for that)

The funny thing is then I try to use incognito mode of chrome to replicate the situation and set up the screen recording, then it come back to normal... ref to this youtube link for my test - https://youtu.be/BZZtj5J2zCw
