extract esxi iso image from cloudbuilder

goal:
-automatically get the corresponding ESXi iso image to match VCF target version
-copy new ESXi iso in $CPODEDGE_DATASTORE

pre-process:
-downloaded the target version $OVA_CLOUDBUILDER file in $CPODEDGE_DATASTORE
-deploy cloudbuilder VM in either SERVICES or new empty CPOD

post-process:
-create new vsphere template with the extracted ESX ISO (./extra/create_new_template.sh)
-fill empty CPOD with 4+ hosts with (./add_host.sh)
-generate json and validate and deploy VCF
