Specify custom virtual disk config during cpodcreate / cpodadd

For specific HCI use cases, have the option to specify the number of disks and type of disks to add at create. The disk config could be specified in in json or as a build var.

@pikolos how about an "add disk" script that add a certain amount of disks, of a specified size, to all esx in cpod ?
you can then use that script on existing cpods and/or use it in solutions scripts before enabling vsan.
