Add Chrome Custom profiling tracks

It would be neat to add custom profiling to things like the loaders and matching and be able to see these in chrome devtools, in the same way that React 19.2 recently added this. (https://react.dev/blog/2025/10/01/react-19-2#performance-tracks)
