Form data persisted as URL Search Params

I generally prefer my forms to be stored in the URL like this https://www.exmple.com?firstName=asdasd&lastName=zxczxc

1. Data is persisted across accidental reloads
2. You can share a form state.

It would be great to have this integrated to tanstack/form
Considered nuqs, but it doesn't help with input validations, it's just a useState for search params!

Ideally the solution will be debounced, to avoid unecessary rerenders.
