Material Slider and others RAM usage

Bug explanation

The bug is simple to trigger.
On a new project, with only a hopeform (or not) if i add a MaterialSLider every time i move the slider quickly, the RAM usage ranks up by a few MB.
The memory is barely freed.

Also, using a HopeForm, if i move the window the same issue occurs.
If i use HopeTabPage, moving the mouse over the tab title will trigger the same issue.

I'm using VS 2022 Community with c# and .NET 8.0
