Provide a preset of content elements to display Data from APIs (Table Template)

The user should be able to select from a group of templates to display data provided from a given set of api configs.
Things to do:

1. Group for API Templates in creationDialog
2. Implement CE with Table Template
3. Dropdown to select api config
4. Field Mapping targetVariables of CE Template <--> configured keys from API keys (not response keys!)
