isExpanded is unusuable #32
Description
As isExpanded is yielded from the title. It seems implied that the purpose of it
is to the set the default state (opened/closed) of the stack-list element.
HOWEWER, once we set it, the state is stuck either opened or closed. and the click on the title
doesn't work
