Refreshing the page only triggers a GET graphs action, which does not affect the current results.
However, performing Reload all apps will flush the memory and force a hard reload in the designer backend. (This may cause unexpected changes to graph UUIDs.)

A better approach would be to perform Reload all apps only after making breaking changes to graph properties, nodes, or connections.

Please provide some concrete scenarios, and we can refine the solution accordingly.
