No service in Italy

Hi! When i click on roma.tei the main page is opened but when I select odd and click start, the page stays blank and eon't let me costumize my odd and download it.

Hi @porreca1908081 , https://tei-c.org/ is experiencing some traffic issues at the moment and Roma gets TEI data from there, so it's stalling. I believe this will be sorted soon.

For the next release I'll add something to catch these kind of problems so that the user can receive better feedback than just a blank screen.
