Content editing window is sometimes blank or incorrect for 'object' element

I started a new customisation using tei_all to start from the menu.

When I try to edit the 'object' element and click on 'Class Membership and Content Model' on the content page, the content building block window is empty.

Sometimes, if I leave that element, or even go back to the main page for that element by clicking the breadcrumbs, and then return to the class membership and content model page, it works fine. Other times it has some of the content model but not all of it. (It left out the alternate for msContents, history, physDesc, and additional, or if it had that alternate left out the noteLike/biblLike one.).

Some caching problem? I've tested on multiple browsers.
