Hide all unchecked elements toggle

I think the Members screen of RomaJS should have a 'Hide all unchecked elements' button toggle.

i.e. I've uploaded my customisation, it has 15 elements in, but to then change things about my existing elements I need to go find them in the list. If there was a button as I'm describing, I could click it and only see a filtered list of elements already included in my customisation. I could click it again to see all elements, included or not (the default).

I think a button made of the the unicode character for a checkbox (and an unchecked box) would be perfect in communicating this.
