I hope that it makes more sense to post this enhancement issue here rather than shooting it out to TEI-L.

I've been trying to put myself in the shoes of a student or a beginning user of the TEI and, a.o., seeing how easily I could get to the information on the TEI framework of oXygen and on why I should want to use it. That took a lot of digging -- as a student or a beginner user, I think I'd have lost patience before getting to the very nice document on "how to update", which concisely states why one should be interested in having the plugin, and then goes on to provide step-by-step instructions on updating it.

My suggestion is to get that document linked from tei-c.org, under "Tools", and maybe (?) to do so now rather than trying to remember to add it after the home page upgrade, which will be arriving who knows when. Cheers!
