Converters to TEI still use type attribute for lists

The Stylesheets still use the rather outdated @type attribute to specify lists coming from other formats. This should be updated to use @rend.

I think stage 1 will be to enumerate all the contexts in which list/@type is used, and then we'll know what needs fixing.

There are lots of instances of @type="unordered|ordered" which should be changed, but also valid cases of @type="gloss". Lots of instances in our tests as well.
