Add a show all/collapse all button for students on their submission page.

Description of feature/enhancement

A button to show or collapse all responses for students on their form submission page.

Justification

If a student comes back to the submission page, they can choose to collapse all to easily see which questions are unanswered.
Once a student submits all the questions, they can collapse all to quickly check if all tabs are green.

Existing similar features and their shortcomings

This feature exists in the edit feedback session page for instructors, and I think it could be added for students too.
