[2.11 Dev] Make rewind count instead of adding to re-records

As already known, in the new version 2.11 Dev, now each rewind adds a value of re-records, it is possible to make it so that there is a new counter that is responsible for rewinds: Rewindings, instead of Re-Records

Having a separate counter seems too niche.

But my "bias" is that recording mode rewinds are perfectly proper rerecords (#3707).

I also tested c6aa95c just now in case it had a bug, and it seems to work mostly properly (traditional movies vs. TAStudio do increment rerecords at different times, but it should be logically equivalent mostly).
