Stuck loading

I have tried many version but rr-manager dont start, the app show in task bar, the progress animation continue to loop, but nothing more

i see also v.2.0.83 and v.2.8.0 both have same name spk:
[rr-manager_x64-7.0_2.0-83.spk]
is it any different?
