[FEATURE] property_src_ref needed for UserEnum and UserEnumMember

I have a field node at hand and discover it has the encode property set. I would like to locate the file name and line number in the RDL file for the description of enum and the members. Would it be possible to add property_src_ref for UserEnum and UserEnumMember?
