Why some essential reactions not exist in strain specific model?

During the strain specific model reconstruction, it can be found that some strain specific models from panModel lack several essential reactions while we can find the related reactions and gene ids from the draft model obtained from RAVEN. There will be some gaps in the ortholog gene grouping process and pan-genome annotation.
