Vue 3 example not rendering

Hi this looks like an interesting framework. I had a look at the Vue 3 example but the app doesn't render.

The following warning is printed to the console when the NPM serve script is complete:

 WARNING  Compiled with 1 warning                                  6:28:25 pm

 warning  in ./node_modules/@syncfusion/ej2-vue-documenteditor/node_modules/@syncfusion/ej2-vue-base/src/component-decorator.js

"export 'default' (imported as 'Vue') was not found in 'vue'

There might be a problem with the way Vue 3 uses named exports.
