add the concept of backbone core

Similar to parts, a promoter part core can be flanked by fusion sites to work in different types of assembly. This concept is missing for backbones. This would be useful to annotate and create backbones, for example DVA_AB and DVA_AE are different backbnes that sgare the DVA backbone core.
