Compile microchip programs into logic

Time-sensitive and world-dependent programs would not be allowed (i.e. sequencers, readers, etc.)

This would be purely for logic and be used for things like encoders

The logic would have to check every input combination and build a truth table to use going forward to avoid performance issues
