Timeout in cache restore #248
Description
We've had the cache restore take over 10min and cause a timeout (astral-sh/uv#14283, https://github.com/astral-sh/uv/actions/runs/15906868894/job/44864007951). I'm unfortunately unclear why this happens, other than that networking in GitHub Actions seems generally unreliable, as the download speed looks fast enough.
