CR SDXL Aspect Ratio Nodes

Quick question. If I change the aspect ratio in the node (row 3), are the new dimensions passed to the Height/Width of the next node or do i still have to change the height/width individually on rows 1 and 2 above it? Or does the aspect ratio automatically change the height/width on rows 1 and 2 and then those are passed?
