Clarification about Galaxy Banners #80

Hey, so i was preparing galaxy banners for my mod and i'm confused about the purpose of 1UnknownGalaxy.bti cuz the wiki says it is used when the galaxy is locked behind 1 star but i can't see the point since GalaxyInfoArea displays a message that can say something like "You need 57 stars to unlock this galaxy." |
