Create documentation on Psys: System power as a function of voltage #133
Description
As suggested by @mikofski: please consider creating documentation for the Psys attribute of the PVsys. At the moment, it would not be clear at all to a novice user what it is meant to do and may be confused, for example, for the power of each individual cell or something.
