1.Related docs.

To formulate a solution of your product, some docs needs to be done, which includes but not limited to:
* Soft Requirements Specification. project vision and scope.
* Soft Design Specification.
for the functions to be implemented, please document them in Iteration_1.

2.project demo.

As a part of solution, Project prototype is indispensable, meanwhile we strongly suggest your team to implement some core functions which is more persuasive from the technical point of view.

3. Team & Roles

Considering the tight schedule, please build up a efficient team first(Team and Roles).
