Automatically adjust previous line timecode when adjusting another line on the Waveform

So I've been using Davinci editing tool, and it has this neat feature where you can adjust the time of a clip and you have the option to automatically adjust the time of the two clips simultaneously. I think this would be a really neat feature of SE, as I often edit times on the waveform and it would save a lot of time to just edit one line instead of both lines
