I wanted to clarify how I can use another (any) online service that provides an API key for translation. At the moment, I want to try the API Mistral.
I also wanted to clarify where the prompt settings for the model are located.

You could hi-jack the ChatGPT api... but I've added Mistral AI in latest beta: https://github.com/SubtitleEdit/subtitleedit/releases/download/4.0.11/SubtitleEditBeta.zip
(portable version, unpack to something like C:\Tools\SE)

You can type any model you want in the "model combo box". I just added the free models, that can be used for translation.
If you can recommend ministral-8b-latest or ministral-3b-latest, I can add those to the default drop-down options?
