Subtitles edit CLI - The right optional parameters for RTL Languages

Hi,
We are using Subtitles edit CLI to convert .ass files to .890 and .pac.

890
While converting to 890 we use /ReverseRtlStartEnd.
It returns an extra space between the first word and then puts the comma attached to the second word without any space.
E.g
'שלום ,מה שלומכם' - wrong
instead of:  
'שלום, מה שלומכם' - right
And numbers are getting reversed too.
E.g
%09 - wrong
instead of:
90% - right

PAC
With PAC files we use the /pac-codepage:Hebrew.
The punctuation is good but we get problems with special signs.
E.g
%90 - wrong
 instead of:
90% - right

Are there any other arguments we should use to prevent this behavior?
