bottom margin missing in newest version (maybe other) when exporting fcp+xml+images

The 'Full frame image' checkbox is missing, which was making the option to set the 'Bottom margin' to appear in the File / Export / Final Cut Pro + image window.

I've tested it on 3.6.8. and 3.6.10. and it's not there.

When I install portable 3.6.7. the options are there.
