Share Limit, Maximum Seed Time = Force/Normal

I would like to request/discuss an enhancement to the feature "Share Limit, Maximum Seed Time".

When seeding time is less than the tracker's seeding requirements, I would like to Force the seeding.
When seeding time is greater than the tracker's seeding requirement, I would like to Normal seeding.

Why?
If I don't Force, the tracker is not reporting status back to the tracker, and I receive H&R warning.
I have over 14K torrents that I manage.

X-Y problem.

force seeding is almost never needed unless you're the uploader. This sounds like you have a qbit support problem not a qbm issue.
