qBitTorrent 4.6.1 support

qBitTorrent 4.6.1 got released and qbit_manage urges me to downgrade.
Didn't see any breaking changes in the release logs, so I think a bump to support 4.6.1 version would be appreciated.

You can set skip_qb_version_check: true in the config as a workaround
