Stream urls that are a redirect to the actual stream url fail to play

To Reproduce

Play stream which contains a redirect to the actual stream url

Expected behavior

Follow the redirect and play the stream

Using mpv as external player works but is lacking in other regards

Additional context
On mobile Android app, Windows, iOS & Web this works as expected, only on AndroidTV it behaves differently
